Hi all, Im new here. Offered E5 for 5k. Dipolma Cert with 8years working exp. Have a few questions and hope you all can advise..
1. Is there different between outsourcing and alternate sourcing? I was told my case is alternate sourcing.
2. I understood that my annual bonus will only be 1 month (for completion of contract), will I be getting any ST bonus apart from performance bonus which i would not get.
3. Is is possible for outsource staff to become perm? And what are the chances? Seem very unlikely since there are so many contract staff.
4. As i thought converting to perm staff is ideal. But after hear say hear say, some claimed that staying as contract better than becoming perm.. is it true and why?
I dun have a weak heart. So please feel free to give me your 100% opinions be it bias or not.
