3 years in I can't get out. Joined as a fresh grad. My supervisors prevented me from taking courses because they told me they were afraid I'd quit.

I mean I could go out, it involves a pay cut.

Is it worth staying on? No choice haha. Somehow need to stay alive, and stay alive means need to earn money. I always question why bother staying alive. I don't see any meaning in my life other than everyday get bullied by other people, get disadvantaged.

XT8 salary range is 10k above fyi. try asking for 11k and see if they offer.

damn tough luck, the pay range for the grade is really big, so you fall inside the range.

Your 8.8k include aws? Htx pay now do incorporate aws in. Since they offering you xt8, means they do take into account your overall package. Most likely in they will be offering you near 10k range I guess
