i am guessing AM = MX 12, M = MX11 and AD = MX11A.

Most fresh grads start out as AM in ministries, usually MX13i or MX13

How many yoe did you have?

Does YOE in a specific area count or they also count YOE in unrelated industries since people sometimes jump around?

AM - MX13
M - MX12
SM - MX11
AD/SAD - MX11A
SAD/DD - MX10

fresh grads start off at MX13.
