Is 11A or 11 the career end point for graduates who do not assume management positions?

If you do not assume management position, i think 11A will be your likely end point. At most places, an 11A (AD) is expected to lead a small team. But some places can allow an 11A to be a subject matter expert and hold that grade without leading a team. However, I have yet to see a SAD/DD (grade 10) not have to lead teams.

Sorry, I made the above comment. Reread your question. If by management you mean Director, then the earlier poster is correct. End point is likely MX10 SAD/DD.

PSLP is basically a leadership development programme, for those with Leadership Potential (formerly CEP) of at least a MX 7 (DS). There are different 'types' of PSLP's by profession, i.e. social services, comms etc, however, I don't know what's the difference in end goal. Those on PSLP are given an allowance (the higher your current grade, the higher allowance), on top of their annual salary. This is paid out in two tranches every half a year. In return, you may be given additional projects on top of your current work. Your career will also be tracked more closely the service. As for how fast you move, it is also dependent on your performance.

Hi there .. can anyone advise me on this. I went for interview for round 1 with a stat board on 27 Jan and came down to the office for round 2 last week friday evening.
I was told by the HR that wait for 2 weeks.
From what I know the HR which spoke to me verbally said that I was a potential candidate and I was the only one whom will be going for interview on friday.
I have did reference checks, provided my NRIC and payslips for my past job.
Any idea what is my chance of going in that stat board?
