Earning approximately 120k pa in the last 5 yrs until I decided to moonlight n set up my own biz doing related stuff. Income shoot up to 360k last year and decided to give up my FT job n convert full time to my own biz.

Basically it can be anything. From selling doors to tiles to laminate.
Just need to work hard. I admit it's a tough 5 years slogging from the start.

you from wat company one ? annual salary 120k at age 30?? How many times you change company? Is this still your 1st job??

I also same age at you earn only half you annual, 66k...

Working in US MNC company.
I realize unless u r from finance doctor or law, the only fastest way to earn $ is thru sales. Of cos u dun get all the glamour like those elite, but at least you get ur reward in terms of $$$.
I am just an ordinary poly grad who works hard.
This is only my 2nd job. My 1st job pays me only 30k pa. I am been head hunt for 240k pa but I turn it down as I want to move on to my own biz.

It's a risk but at least u wun live in regret.

PT biz - 280k
Passive income - 100k
Passive income from multi properties rental.


Humble family stay in 3 room HDB
Parents income less than 2k
