hi if i’m considering quitting ops after aws, how far ahead should i be interviewing to find a job? Thanks for advice seniors. Since no payraise anyway.

All 3 clusters OPS pay decrease 10% due to bad economy.
CEO pay increase 20% due to good performance launching HSG.
