After adjustment will be ok.

Open your eyes big big and read carefully is all I can say.
Tricky sia.
I read the EI liao also feel unfair. How can test this kind of things.
But I guess they looking for logical reasoning more than knowledge of the obscure.

Dunno who are the writers this year , probably some new blood in the exam com

This year looks tougher than last year and I tot last year was quite bad.

It’s like Graves’ disease relapse.
Fail one time, higher chance of failing again.
Fail 2 times, even higher chance
Fail 3 times, bye.

That's the kind of "medicine" people are willing to pay exorbitant prices (overpriced) for.
Same with cosmetics and actual dermatological medications.

In general no one wants to pay high price for actual medicine. Not govt. Not patients. Not insurance companies. They look at it like a human right. Like water. Air. Important. Essential. But should be cheap.

So go where there is demand. Where people will go to knowing they have to pay big bucks for the services. Not work at those places people go to cos they HAVE TO and would rather NOT GO TO.

It's like the guy willing to queue long long at the famous CKT stall. But one day he in a rush no time to queue go to the Chicken Rice stall with no queue, you think he want to pay the same high price? No way.
