I presume the profit sharing option would have been better during the COVID years, as profit for clinics were through the roof. Now that everything normalize, not sure what is the average profit for a clinic

Actually the current public pay is competitive
We have excess of senior docs

If we increase pay for them
They don't leave for pte
Then there is not enough vacancies for juniors Exiting residency

So you might think pay is good
But it is actually bad
Coz it reduces the job vacancies for juniors

AC in hospital 12.x k liao.
Quite tough to justify increment.
Its a equivalent of a deputy or fast rising full director pay at a stat board aka super scale
You all also trap within the public ma.
Switch cluster no pay difference
Procedure speciality private dont credential u all until
u full con for 2 or 3 years in restructured hospital.
Some speciality also not much private business.
Like rheumatology, endocrine .. tan bo jiak one.
This kind is you senior con in hospital and got Indonesia private patient fly over to specially see you then u can consider turning private.

FM different.
Many chains can hire you.
U can also setup shop easily.
Pple already leaving left right center
Don't increase salary no one liao.
U want depend on foreign hire, 5 years later u die lo. These foreigners will not form a core team to run your polyclinic one.

Hi do you mind sharing what base and (if possible) what grp?

May be tendering this month as tired of getting lied too regarding our increment.

offered 18K + aws + (supposedly) 1-2 month end of year bonus
looking at revenue sharing but they havent confirmed.
Not an established chain so thinking if it is a good deal.
probably trying to aim for sign on bonus and revenue sharing in contract.

Any adv if i should take it? similar to yours?
if you mind sharing whats your total comp a year? thinking if can hit 300k.

Any adv would be appreciated. thanks.

Hi can share whats your base/total comp a year?

Being offered 18k + KIV revenue sharing, may be tendering this month but not sure if got a good deal.

18k + aws is decent
For 234k annual comp

I think for 42 hours very decent
