Mine is 14k for 42 hrs, no nights. (I.e mon-fri, alt sat)
Gauranteed aws, variable bonus ard 2 months.
Total 210-220k/year.
Ok for me, but I am sure got better deals outside as private gp contract very variable

Ops has a 50k junior fp award paid over 3 years

I have a suggestion to stem
the exodus of Gp from ops
Right now fp register is one time registration fee
We can make fp register auto-renew at 300sgd per mth
For ops, we waive the charges or asks shp/nhgp/nup pay
For pte gp, they have to pay the fp register auto-renew fees themselves
We then take the money from fp register to provide bonus to ops docs
