The benefit would be that I will join their practice for the long run, and will help to promote their brand as well. I graduated from a top 5, and am frequently invited to speak and present at conferences.

not sure if you realise that anybody who might want to consider supervising you probably isn't in this forum, which is mostly frequented by locums and disillusioned junior FM doctors wondering when they will earn their first million.
probably want to ask the specialists in your field directly. since you are so prolific and speak regularly at conferences, surely you would know some singaporean specialists in your field and you can just ask them directly
