Auzzie quite easy to get into bpt
What have u been doing slacking there for so many years
U no post grad qualification right?
They take u as rp.
Bout 8k. Annual 120 to 130 all in aws bonus without counting calls.
If u have mrcp 1k more per month
Alternatively ask for hospital clinician job. Email them. Confirm someone will contact you
U sit for the srs diploma then consider have post grad liao.
Meet kpi, overall package 30 to 40k more than rp, ie 160k
They benchmark it to private GP salary ( bout 75 percentile )
3 years senior HC,
8 years principal HC, ceiling cap 250k ( Vs gen med senior con 300k)
Try look for palliative service. Work is more slack.
Gen med in sg not gen med in auzzie. Can do until chuan , very chuan.

I think is longer than 1 year to go from conditional registration to full registration... SMC website says minimum period of 2 years as conditional registration before going to full registration (if Singaporean non specialist).
But in reality often takes longer than 2 years, due to need to attend the Physician's Pledge ceremony and get a testimonial from HOD/CMB for full registration...

If I am already board-certified in a specialty recognized by SAB and have been in independent practice for more than 5 years, am I allowed to enter any private practice as long as the specialist/owner is willing to "supervise" me?

Why would they want to supervise you?
They paying your pay yet dont derive any benefit
Usually practice is a one man show
Pte patients dont want to conditionally registered doctors
Hence no point for them to hire you
In public hospital, you see subsidized patients who are v keen to any dr
Especially if you are caucasian
Ang moh dr always better than sinkie one
