I think is longer than 1 year to go from conditional registration to full registration...
SMC website says minimum period of 2 years as conditional registration before going to full registration (if Singaporean non specialist).
But in reality often takes longer than 2 years, due to need to attend the Physician's Pledge ceremony and get a testimonial from HOD/CMB for full registration...
