I do feel that this year stations (from the 1st day) has multiple testing points and issues within a case. (Some cases even have 3-4 of them). So I am not sure how the calibration going to be done for those who got the main problem list but left out a section of the management.

How are the two related?
If I provide excellent care, should I not be compensated for my knowledge and skills?
Do you think politicians should be paid $0 too?
Do you hear them speak about salaries when running for elections?

You are a doctor. How can you talk like that? You are more than compensated for being a doctor already.
Politicians hold a more heavy responsibility than doctors.
