It is misaligned with the financial year for ops which is April to April, so u get only a quarter of the various bonuses.
So Ur first year out is 180k if u count from Jan to Dec
But if u count July to July then actually 1st year nearly 200 k
I think my first year already more than 184 lei even if count Jan to dec
Mohh was still giving me some bonus from the previous year as a r3.
U under performing is it? How come 2nd year still 184 k nia.
Maybe u leave for private better la.

Ya lo. So I leave lor

exactly! by now many has received the letters of revision.
so is global increase for senior ops and hosp docs.

specifics wait for next mth.
the reason why there was a delay thus far is ops ac already earn more than hosp ac.
so to just increase ops pay doesnt make sense, need a global increment to everybody,

So what is the pay rise for mmeder in ops? I left 2 years ago in Jan 22 (after mmed in Nov 2021) for better pay in private (now earning 220-230k/year) as a year 2 post mmed.
If they can match my pay, I don't mind going back. Heard there is a manpower crunch in ops lately.
