Lame. I was an mmed FP before leaving for private. I only bring in 184k, a year, as a second year mmeder.

Ok i guess institution dependent, heard can be higher.

So for avoidance of all doubt your FP AC pay may not be as high as GM AC pay.

U sign starting Jan
It is misaligned with the financial year for ops which is April to April, so u get only a quarter of the various bonuses.
So Ur first year out is 180k if u count from Jan to Dec
But if u count July to July then actually 1st year nearly 200 k
I think my first year already more than 184 lei even if count Jan to dec
Mohh was still giving me some bonus from the previous year as a r3.
U under performing is it? How come 2nd year still 184 k nia.
Maybe u leave for private better la.
