Auzzie quite easy to get into bpt
What have u been doing slacking there for so many years

U no post grad qualification right?
They take u as rp.
Bout 8k. Annual 120 to 130 all in aws bonus without counting calls.
If u have mrcp 1k more per month

Alternatively ask for hospital clinician job. Email them. Confirm someone will contact you
U sit for the srs diploma then consider have post grad liao.
Meet kpi, overall package 30 to 40k more than rp, ie 160k
They benchmark it to private GP salary ( bout 75 percentile )
3 years senior HC,
8 years principal HC, ceiling cap 250k ( Vs gen med senior con 300k)

Try look for palliative service. Work is more slack.
Gen med in sg not gen med in auzzie. Can do until chuan , very chuan.
