really xiasuey. The news blasted about how they are raising the pay to attract "talent".

The pay for fresh graduates is slightly higher or comparable to the current A2 pay with bonus. But still below average ges fresh grad pay

its all publicity stunt. end of the day all they did was pull the same trick they use many years ago when they raise pay for all junior ranks but reduced the average bonus and m1 and above pay wasnt adjusted, those who have been in for >5 years would know. m1 pay was stagnant for i think a good 10 years, not even inflation adjusted

Once upon a time, when chicken rice was $2, reaching 6k salary in 5 years is a solid pathway.
