62.5h a week
about 10.5h a day 6 days a week.
Possible I guess but looks damn shiong man
$360000 p.a tax payable is $53,350
Net tax = $306,650
I know a GP overseas works 32h a week (128h a month) makes about $430k p.a
Tax is much higher at $108,600
Net tax = $321,400
Pretax works out to $280/hr

Not worth it. Average GP clinic in busy neighbourhood serves around 10 patients an hour. That’s around $200 in consult fees alone, not including the medications

No need pay rent? Staff?
Sorry forgot to mention that the $430k p.a is after costs.
Gross revenue is $537,500.
So if you want to count by fees collected....
$537,500 p.a for 1664h a year = $323/hr.
And dont see 10 patients an hour so shiong lah.
In fact only work 3 days a week. 60 pts telemed one day, 30 pts in person one day and 10 patients one day.

I was wondering if it is actually possible for fm doctors to get work experience overseas? I understand hmdp is virtually non existent for FM (unlike specialist, even though they also scaling back for specialist nowadays)
Some of the big go groups like rmg for e.g seem to have business/healthcare facilities overseas, was wondering if there is any chance one can be posted there?

U need to bring in very specific advantage or service that ur employer need.
for example, overseas Dr (south East Asian) are more productive per dollar than sg
If you could sign a bond and willing to be as productive per dollar (ie take equivalent of their pay), pretty sure your employer will be willing to hmdp u
