What is a junior , what is a senior ?
3-5 % is a slap in the face , hardly anything meaningful , can retain ppl with that ??
No way

How much you want? why talk in % terms? If you salary is only 6k even increase by 100% also is nothing.
Anything less than 30k a month is really insufficient in Singapore. 30k is the bare minimum.

3-5% is like annual increment. For significant pay revision, we are talking about 20-30%.
Just imagine this (in any industry, not just medicine), if you are being poached or thinking of leaving your current company, will you leave for another that offer you just a 5% pay rise?
So I am not sure if the 3-5% pay rise can really stop the exodus in ops which is happening in my cluster now (and yes even FP with mmed are leaving, not just juniors)

Again why speak in % terms. What's the actual pay rise amount?
3-5% I agree is puny.
Currently how much more in actual amount of pay rise are we talking about for drs leaving OPS? From $20k a month to $30k a month?
Or like $10k a month to $15k a month?
