Some of the big go groups like rmg for e.g seem to have business/healthcare facilities overseas, was wondering if there is any chance one can be posted there?

Follow up with 2 weeks of annual leave.
Otherwise self initiated lo.

Anyone have advice or knowledge in getting into GP / primary care if I am already a qualified GP over from UK to Singapore? Can I go straight into working as a primary care doctor or will I have to work as a HO?
Alternatively, I am also looking to work in pharmaceutical / medical affairs / health tech. Does anyone know what the options are with this in Singapore with someone from my background? Any links between Singapore and UK, or any industry that would be better for moving there?
Unfortunately only speak English and mother tongue which is from South Asia. No canto/Mando.
