What are SAL's next steps after sending registered mail to your house to ask for less than 20sgd of arrears owed? writ of summons? They refuse to entertain/respond to any of my queries regarding the monies owed lol

wouldn't be surprised if other int'l firms were the same (e.g. HSF, Simmons, Ashurst, NRF, Mayer Brown)
though Latham and Sidley might be more stuck up to 1st and high 2.1s (maybe A&O)

cc has four nus trainees with 1.1s this year

Almost immediately (within the day) if you write to their HR and they are keen to have you.
Source: tried to switch my TC between the Big 4s in 2021, the firms I contacted all replied me in the same working day and asked if I am available to attend a zoom call with the relevant partners.

hi, I interned at the two big fours known for corp - from overseas uni
i'm nog sure if its sti the same, but around june or july, I received an email (personalised) from the hr inviting me to submit an application for tc
them once I submitted, the turnaround was v quick, they arranged an interview either the same week or within 7 business days, then outcome within another 3-7 days
this was for m&a though, not sure about other practice areas
from my understanding- most of their "hot seats" were filled this way before they opened applications to the general public (usually apps open to public in late aug/early sep)

Do you currently have a B4 TC? i had one when I was re-applying to switch to a completely different area ( corp vs liti). I was a high magna bordering summa back then. I think 2-3 weeks is long considering it is currently not TC season. I would move on to apply to other firms while awaiting a reply if any.
