What nonsense? Work stream as like like test team/ function team/ etc. where got cl9 lead one? At least a AM..
Starting to think this is a csb thread and half the people here don’t even work for Accenture

I did lead during my time becos there is a lack of AM. But I got double promoted afterwards

Lols a fellow CL9 here. Leading the application team.
It’s possible. Once the project goes live, the project goes into maintenance phase and you typically don’t need a manager to lead an Ops team anymore. Managers become too expensive to sustain in the project and it just makes better financial sense to get a CL9 to do it.

Possible. I know of one person from H&PS project that got double promotion. That project got a lot of releases and people can literally start off their career there and get promoted all the way to a manager in the same project one
