I dont think you know how to read this slip... monthly CPF deduction is capped at 1200 even if you earn more than $6k, the CPF deduction is higher this month due to the annual bonus [20%*3437]. OP monthly salary is 9400+300+100 = 9800 (incl allowance)

Source: I am also L8 in client delivery, basic very close to OP, with ~1 month bonus

A joker who doesn't earn more than 6k doesn't know that CPF isn't deducted above 6k.

Default Thinking of rolling off project

I want to roll off my current project, unhappy and not what i want to do long term. However just joined this project 6 months after graduation, is it logical to request to roll-off?

Before you reach out to your boss, you need to think of a suitable milestone to roll off. Is there anyone that can take over your existing role? What are the things that you would need to deliver before you roll off? If it’s not your current role, what are the roles that you would like to do? Is it not possible to do it within your project?

Rolling off without burning bridges is an art. You need to think and minimise disruption to the team. That’s something that will help you attain what you want.
