How much does a L7 manager and L6 senior manager make?
My Indian boss like working 24/7, on leave go back India still in calls. Is the money really that good and worth it ?

Is it normal to take long time for HR to send you the offer? I have gone through the last round of interview one month ago but HR said it is still pending for approval for offer.

Cmon guys
There is obviously a lot of red flag abt this company recent years, and enough warning have been given
you guys shld find a better consulting company to join
this past 4 year Accenture have been freezing pay and their Tapper program have been shifting goal post

Getting fresh grads to give "expert opinions"
Overtime just to rush out excels and powerpoints
Most of the time in meetings just using buzzwords

How much did they shift the goal post? I quit because I knew they couldn’t fulfill promo timeline

They now delay promotion for tapper...againz
in 2021, they say 1+2 is guarantee, many ppl get promoted becos of that
in 2022, they say 1 is guarantee, but 2 is depend on ur tenure and experience
in 2023, they say now too much lvl 9, so they will freeze promo and see whether you ready to be promoted or not
In the last fireside chat, they didn't show the 1+2 promo chart anymore, I guess they no longer want to give specific timelines, and now just promote if you are "ready"
Those promoted in 2022 and 2023 June one, lucky you
you guys are the last 1+ 2 batch
