Not all project is like that...some is good, some is like crap, for project that is like crap, they even expect u to do everything. I heard project of 1 lvl 11 doing the role of scrum master....lol
So it really depend on luck...if u find lack of support or u are unlucky, just go to a better product company

How much is DA bonus? Or how to tell if you got DA from your bonus, what % is considered high performance bonus?

DA bonus
DA bonus was about 14% for me

DA bonus for high performers range from 15-20%. For this year know of one who got around 18-19% but really did a lot. DA bonus is recognition from the project one.

same bro. I saw a lvl 10 conducting and driving an UAT sessions with 30 users, answering client calls at 9pm, meanwhile his boss a L7 manager is on maternity leave

I decided to quit my current L8 job and get a in-house software development job in Bosch, pay 20% less, but I can finally have 21 days AL and 965 wlb !

Was told average this year like 5%, so I guess 8 is above average lol

Some project teams are doing good, my friend working on NDI project, told me his bonus is 12%, and his performance is just above average in his project team
