Yah I agree. It took me quite a while to get used to leading a team also. When I was a SA, I was mainly receiving instructions from my boss and executing them. But when I got promoted to L9, it’s all about managing the team and ensuring that your team mates can deliver. That’s the hard part.

Is there any difference between gg to Accenture and the big 4 accounting firms consulting arms? For career prospects
