Unless u are at least associate manager level, big4 definitely pay worse. No where near.

Anyway what do you guys think of the Tap program? After graduation, you will be expected to lead a small team. Doesn’t that give you all a lot of pressure? I mean.. 3 years is still too little to start leading a team..

Yah I agree. It took me quite a while to get used to leading a team also. When I was a SA, I was mainly receiving instructions from my boss and executing them. But when I got promoted to L9, it’s all about managing the team and ensuring that your team mates can deliver. That’s the hard part.
