Is it a good time to leave after taking the December bonus of 1 month? Really don’t see a point in continuing. I am just auto pilot mode in work everyday. Limited growth and learning

Since it's just a few weeks away, I would wait for the bonus. If you are planning to venture into the same field, then I would suggest to stay, request for another project (its hard but just try) or tender when you receive another consulting firm offer. On the other hand if you are looking to try other industries and could afford a few months of unemployment, then prepare exit after bonus and expect a lower salary as compare to current.

Why so many ppl think they are underpaid? There are ppl at 40+ still draws a salary around 8-9K. If you think you are really good one, can handle leetcode medium to difficult questions, don't come to Accenture, you can get a much better pay in FNNG, TikTok, Ants!

Dont mention 8-9k lol, 4-5k also have. I think most people just have circles with inflated pay or friends in high paying jobs, especially likely if they've gone through good schools too throughout their education. So they just think their pay is **** in comparison since humans like to compare up lol

Just leave if you are already having such thoughts. Stop wasting your time here.

There are tons of learning materials in Accenture, if you want to learn, you can always find right stuff to learn.
