Esp closer to the cyber sec side of things.
Because from my understanding of reading this thread for the past 3hours. Feels like most people are in the software engineering side of things.

Just a little background,
i'll be joining as an experienced hire,
I was offered between 2 companies.
And of course acn is one of them since i'm here posting this.

The unlimited leave surely is a big attraction.

1)Is OT Common? i mean if it's once in awhile its still fine.
(understand it is very common esp when nearing deadline, but my understanding is on the software engineering side of things, any cyber sec able to verify?)

2)are you really able to apply many leaves during the time when your proj is on the lows?
