When you hit M in audit. ( 5th year or 6th year）
If you start from GLC like ST , average you need 8-10years to hit M2 grade

Audit is faster, commercial is abt luck.

I think audit stay in hdb can liao. dont need aim so high

need more peasants to stay in hdb pls. stop coming into high ses condo or landed areas. i dont want any beancounters as my neighbours
