Got an offer with the local bank in red color. 10-12 YoE~ VP title and in tech role.. 12k~ basis. Is it a fair offer? How many months of bonus should I expect for average - average high performer?

Seems pretty fair for your YOE and local bank. Bonus is pretty decent from 3 months for avg performer to more if top performer. How many days AL? How much flexible cash/allowance?

tech maybe possible since they are paid premium. non-tech really depends what function liao most of them barely 8k
