Drawing 7k+ and worked a year at MAS with about 4 years of experience. Trying to go local banks DBS/OCBC AML/Compliance, what would be the market rate now?

So u have total 4 years of working exp right? U currently at MAS now or you have previously worked at MAS for a year?

Market rate is max 7 - 7.5k for your profile. If gg local bank then even worse as they don’t pay well but bonus is good so net net you probably still get a decent total comps.

Wow thats horrible, then why would I choose DBS when I can go socgen, nomura, BAML etc
