If talking purely abt an average performer, it would be very in between SA and AVP ie laojiao SA/new AVP.

Salary, can’t advise specifics cos role dependent but $7k to $9k would be a good range for base.

agree with this. 7-9k seems in line for someone with 7 years exp. May lean towards the lower range if you didn't really hop much previously, lean towards higher range if you hopped before.
