$12.5k base may put you out of range for VP1 already. HR would probably recommend for you to be placed at VP2 with that salary. Even FVP is possible given that salary.

ocbc avp salary
I am at the offer stage for a back office role in ocbc, avp level. What is a reasonable ask for monthly salary? And what is the total remuneration incl. bonus (14 mths?) I saw on MCF the range is very wide, some AVP roles $6k-$12k, some $8k-$12k. Total 10 yoe, first time working in banking sector but would say yoe rather relevant for the role.

it is always basic... no company will give a bump off your total comp because it could be u just had 1 good year
