Guys, just wondering if it’s easy/‘doable’ to convert from contract staff to permanent stuff at bank?

Hi guys, i have an upcoming interview with UOB for a VP1/2 role. How much salary increase should i look for if i jump from a 100% WFH job? 20%? 30%? As I am sacrificing work life balance for bank job which impossible to fully WFH now.

FYI It is a tech role and I have closing t0 9/10 years of related working experience (first full time job at 2014, part time job before 2014 doesn't count i assume)

5ish non-bank YOE, offered contract with a BB. 13 month bonus, tc 102k. Role is non revenue generating, broadly defined as ops bah. Wondering what's the market like right now for other banks.
