FYI It is a tech role and I have closing t0 9/10 years of related working experience (first full time job at 2014, part time job before 2014 doesn't count i assume)

BTW my current monthly salary is $9400. As i see the salary range is around 9-16k at mycareerfuture, is it possible to ask for 13000-14000 per month? Will UOB HR turn me down for such salary expectation?

Considered very above market already. Also depends what kind of ops you do? If join BB then their salary already top of the market already 102k TC is a good steal. I would say average (average of local and euro UK banks) is around 80-90k TC?

Noted, I will clarify with hiring manager during the interview why the role come with VP1 & VP2. Maybe the reason is VP2 salary range can fulfil higher salary expectation to attract talent?

Hearsay KYC Ops, presumably GS and JPM, as they are hiring kyc ops / onboarding recently, the bonus is so-so. You got 3 months package?

Op here. Not kyc, I just broadly classified it as ops but to be specific it's risk management. Shift work though, super early .... do banks pay more for non 9-5? Never been in this industry before.
