Not the increment, increment the standard 4% for non-medical staff or 3% +$70, whichever is higher

Singhealth, PB is different for various hospitals but I will not be sharing which PHI I'm from. Hearsay my PHI has one of the highest PB this year.

SI is 3.04% plus $70, for B performer.

Special bonus: $550 plus 0.1month plus $250.

I'm one of the tragic cases. 10 years stuck at JG13.

It is quite simple to spot whether you will get promoted. If your yearly PB is not getting at least B+ or A, you are not in your HOD list of staff to be promoted. Coming from a mid management/head of dept.

And if more than 4 years, you are still not promoted. It is a red flag.
