My boss ask us to consider internal mobility, but the moment we rotate or transfer, usually we will be use to fill the quota as C.
The C now also not like the old C, who will get encouraged to move like that?

This is me sia. I got B B then rotated and got C. Then just nice now C is less than 1 perf bonus. T_T

U never know. U may finally get a B by changing to another boss/role. Just follow your heart. Life is too short.

Notice recently quite a handful of people join GovTech as Sub-Contractor for 1 year contract.

They not scare after 1 year no job?

Actually u may have moved from a less competitive area to high competitive place

I think they more scared no job. Probably jobless for very long, work 1 year then see

If your boss told you to move, you better move. Don’t stuck in a place where there is no hope / no recognition or appreciation. A few years down the road, you will be grateful that you made a move and regret that you didn’t do it earlier and wasted a few years. When you get old, you’ll hope those few years aren’t wasted as you could have advanced further.
