Yes, but just hire through AR lo. No choice one, still need people to do work

Agency still pays for such headcount but CIO can decide to bring in the GDS folks as replacements

I agree. But sometimes low competition is good for a short pause, relax the mind a bit.

What for? GDS want to go there meh? they think they better than everyone else.
