Can provide more detailed description?

Uni or diploma? Which uni? Local or distance learning?

How long experience in which industry.

I think should be alright but they might consider to put you in a diploma position with slightly higher salary than diploma holders. I think it is much more difficult to apply for a position in the ministry, stat boards will be easier. Have a friend with a lower than average diploma gotten a job in a stat board.

Ok thank you. I will keep trying for it. Hopefully will land myself in a good job.

Better chance loh. Have many friends similar as you. But if you wanna do finance side like MOF MAS might not be easy. Stat boards should be okay and a friend of mine just got into one.

MSO is for diploma level right. So like I have said...I think they might give you diploma job scope but pay slightly higher than diploma since you are degree holder.
