2.7-3.3k depends on which ministry. Not worth to be honest, plus it’s an external hiring agency that’s paying you. No bonus and 13th month.

Base 7.4k, 600 allowance, 40 phone allowances
Around 16month annual package depending on performance.
PB and Annual increment coming in July.

Well done!! That is a very good salary for the years of experience, total comps is ~120k! What do you do??

Please help me im crossing into the second half of my 30s and can only earn about 7.5k a month after working since 2017 in same org due to small 3-5% increment each year should I have not joined to begin with was lured by the stability now im priced out of living costs new home coe highly worried
Too old to join private and no relevant skills ???
