Should be count by working days instead of calendar days. I got more than expected too, not complaining though.

How long have you been MX11? Need to start considering rotation/secondment/movement already because this March you will be too close to your paygrade cap (7.7k). Some places have no estab for you to be promoted to MX11A, you may get stuck. Start talking to your RO and consider your options.

It is equivalent to a 3rd Class Honors, not much difference from a pass degree. Hope it helps.

If you want a realistic gauge, I'm 32m, just got MX11A this year. Probably on the faster side based on the age range of colleagues. Non-scholar so most likely there will be others who are progressing faster than me.

9 to 6.30 officially, but usually I have to follow up on stuff at home so need to bring laptop home.
