Can redeem yourself by going private a few years. Then your C- a few years ago will matter much less. They will look at your most recent experience instead.

I applied for a manager level position at PUB. I only have about 1 year exp. but the job description didn't mention any required experience needed.
is it normal to not mention the number of years needed for a more senior position?
