I will turn 30YO this year, graduated 2017 local uni.
Currently in tech, non-SWE / non-Eng
Wondering what the equivalent is like (ranking/level) in CS / Ministries.

Mind me asking your age?
I assume that non scholars // folks at 30YO would not come close to mid-upper MX10 (which is roughly 200k)? $250k bracket would be MX9?

Non scholar at 30s to mid 30s should probably only be at MX11 , better performer will get MX11a closer to Mid 30s.
To get MX10, its not likely possible for most average performer (or farmer).

i got offered at mx11 with a pay of around 6k+
i am in my late thirties as i am joining as mid career. is this acceptable?
