my apologies, i double checked with my friend, his job grade estab as head xxx is a MX11A but he is on MX12 doing MX11A work...

the Head on ICA should be a MX11A or MX10, DD shuld be a Mx10 and the Director can be MX9 or MX8...

Btw he/she most pro with govtech (with at least an executive consultant level since you say 10 years liao) and likely pegged at >mx11a but drawing more than mx10 upper bar salary..

The folks are from GovTech, so they dont go by MX schemes. But yes, the equivalent of 11A or 10.

how do you know they are from govtech?
in the system, they are shown as ICA. Some other friends in MFA and MOM doing IT are shown as govtech.
friend in CPF is directly CPF staff doing IT, not manage by govtech. but they need to adhere to all govtech policy

IMDA doesn’t pay too badly, their salaries are pegged to the tech sector.

EDB maybe for FCH only. My friend NUS 2:1 with NS is under 3.9. They have very big package, my friend’s quoted package 18 for average performer.
