EDB is ultimately a stat board and they are very much driven by ground performance. They give out scholarships like nothing so don’t expect that much of a basic but everything is about performance.

most salary range you see here is by just monthly gross, does not take into account of the bonuses. if you include bonuses and avg it to 12 monthly, fch easily more than 5k

By MOM’s definition however, as seen in the graduate employment surveys, that includes bonuses

I usually just write my current earnings as gross.
Some ppl add 13th mth in the calculation cause it’s like their pay for the full 52 week.
If ppl add all their bonuses easily 5-6k already for fresh grad haha. Just take the EDB example, 3900x17/12 = 5.5k wow

Monthly Gross Starting Salary refers to the starting salary of graduating cohorts from local publicly-funded universities, polytechnics and the Institute of Technical Education ( ITE). It comprises the basic salary, fixed allowances, overtime pay and commissions, but excludes bonuses.

Anyone know about the additional allowance/bonus one can expect for someone in the high performer scheme? I.e. hipo or pslp equivalent.
