It is confidential. But if you really want to know, you can request your director to reveal. Generally they don’t encourage but for those who reached the salary ceiling, then it’s better to ask so you can make an informed decision to stay or leave.

Is it possible to guess/estimate ones cep using the speed of promotion?
E.g. officer who receive promotion after abt 3-4 years service is likely to have higher cep compared to officer who promotes in 7th -8th yr service

mx13 and mx13i are different. mx13 are those fresh grads from uni who just started work. mx13i are those with no degree(just diploma) promoted from mx14.

Hihi,
1.Anyone knows the difference between a contract and a perm offer in the govt sector?
2.Does contract means no welfare benefit but other benefits like maternity leave, annual leave etc. still apply under labour law?
3. Also if contract is subjected for renewal basis, will there be likelihood for increment in pay and position ranking?
4. Besides, does contract get terminate suddenly in the govt sector? Thanks, really need some help here! Appreciated!

1. only diff is got an expiry date
2. in short, if u applied CS job direct via [email protected], most pro will be 1 or 2 years contract with full benefits.. but if is a SB and like u got the offer via contract agency, then NO BENEFITS..
3. if direct, sure have.. don understand what is position ranking
4. NEVER, unless u screwed up super big time (criminal case)...

Curious.. What is the average remuneration like for contract term role via contract agency?
Say for officer role. Just asking in general, as I saw from previous thread mentioned about contract via agency with no benefits. And how are they paid? Monthly basis, by day or hour?
