Thank you for the clarification. Maybe I should get my father to see the package as overall from Jan to December. But he always say, salary so small add also not much... Then lazy to check. Haha anyway children all independent now, all the more he don't see the need to count. Afterall, give less also he work, give more also work.

MI last year was $228 and this year is $346. I'm near my ceiling, does that mean I will be promoted next year?

Ceiling does not correlate to promotion. Two B grades is a good indication though. Usually that means getting above $200. It's looking positive for you.

oh my god. you mean normal increment is less than 200 usually?

Poor performer under 150 at a certain SB in the west. Assuming far from ceiling.

Last year i gotten a B grade my MI was also 346.
This yr I gotten a B grade again plus promotion and my MI was 496

thanks for the info. i am totally new to the industry. is increment calculate based on percentage or absolute amount? what is the typical increment for average performer?
