Compare civil service salary

My friend is on 3 mth contract with a ministry, she’s a fresh grad. It’s the first time I hear about this in CS tho? I tot most contracts are 1 or 2 years. How can she increase her chances of extensions? TIA

Can someone advise if EDB is a good place to join, salary and prospects wise? Are the skills and knowledge learnt there transferrable to other agencies or pvt sector? What are the ranks there?

Just graduated and thinking of applying to EDB

anyone from MOE, who understands the job hierarchy well can shed some light ?

I do see, senior head, manager, senior manager, Assistant director, etc., may I ask which how does the hierachy work?

Lets say, I am career switching to senior head role, what will be the most probable salary range?

does all public service agencies (ministry, stat board) give their officers an additional 2% of their salary into their medisave acct?

Only if the officer is under MSO scheme

i think and some other scheme as well.
i am on a specialised scheme, but also have the extra 2% mediasave. Cap at $7000 of ur salary (ie $140 per month)

but to share, this is actually for us to buy insurance as the insurance coverage for PS officers are not very good compare to alot of GLC and MNC
