Hi anyone got encountered if on NPL, can still look for other public sector jobs or get promotion when on NPL?

Yea. Was concerned about that but the HR was quite positive that its the norm and there is potential for rotation and extension :/.

39 yo this year.... join PS from private in 2020 Feb drawing 6.1k... jump to another SB this year... increase to 7k...

compare to other colleages, i am perm and not contract on a renewable basis... hint the salary and i feel i am underpaid coz their pay all figure 8 in front.. but mostly mid 40s...

how ah? jump or no jump?

Well you pretty much answered your own question. But imo, jump and get at least 30% pay jump if you can.

Otherwise, upgrade yourself with the necessary skillsets, network, apply jobs like crazy until you can ask for 50% pay increment.

is it on the scheme? the jump is big, usually PS only offer big jump after a few proven track record years
